They are fully developed .way before earthlings.

The munchkins 

They are connected to the astronauts on certain level discovering things on earth saying things are undiscovered. 

They are without services. 

They are saying that certain sections on earth are undiscoverd.  

They are playing  casino games. 

The astronauts are a big huge problem for the planet earth.

They keep teleporting back and forth to places on different planets and on earth. 

They are bringing back different types of life forms .
