Or regular pool of water not spring water 

Hydro pill of some sort. Has to be hydro or like hydroxyzine etc.

Transmitter machine water proof.

Put the transmitter machine in the pool of water regular water. 

You will hear sounds walk your feet inside the pool of water. 

*** I am told you can see in houses,apartments,offices,mansions,you can hear voices. You can walk through walls with is equipment.
