 120 day explosion with an outage Sometime In august I received letters from paypal terrorist threats E. mail My email account with paypal I am not allowed to use The account the account is blocked after After 120 days is supposed to be deactivated and closed permanently I cannot use it now I can't transfer or erase credit cards on the account I spoke to better business bureau about it I was told Second paragraph I was told India and Pakistan received letters from paypal terrorist threats the same as me. Also France and Spain received letters from paypal stating that their paypal account is  Activated because Because of misuse  neglectfulness of the account .
